Ingredients

• 1 whole chicken cut into quarters (skin on)
• 1 teaspoon ginger garlic and red chilli relish
• 1 teaspoon suhanas red chilli spice
• Few smoked crushed garlic in skin
• 1 whole lemon for oven grill smoked
• 1 teaspoon lemon juice
• 1 teaspoon sugar
• 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
• 1 teaspoon paprika
• 3 Tablespoons butter ghee (Clarified butter)
• 1 cup steak house BBQ sauce
• 1 tablespoon tomotoe sauce koo
• 1 teaspoon crushed garlic
• 1 Tablespoon steer hot sauce or garlic
