- 7 ounces white chocolate chips
- 4 tablespoons heavy whipping cream
- chocolate sandwich cookies, to taste, crushed
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream, cold
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 3/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 5 chocolate sandwich cookies, cut in half, for topping
