Chicken Akni recipe by Fouziah Pailwan

Ingredients

• Add in 2 teaspoon @purespice_sa red ♥️ ginger 🫚 garlic
• 1 teaspoon @purespice_sa red chilli paste
• 1 teaspoon @purespice_sa green chillies and garlic paste
• 1 kg chicken pieces
• 2 teaspoons salt
• 2 teaspoons @purespice_sa dhana jeeroo
• 1 teaspoon @purespice_sa garam masala
• 1 teaspoon @purespice_sa curry powder blend
• 2 teaspoons arad (Turmeric)
• 2 teaspoons chilli powder
• 2 teaspoons crushed chillies
• 2 teaspoons hot Kashmiri chilli powder
• Add in 1cup liquidised tomatoes 🍅
• Add in 6 potatoes fried ½ way.
• Add in 3 cups washed and soaked basmati rice
• Add 2 cups water 💧
