Celebration Surf and Turf (steak and lobster) | Cook Smarts

• 4 Lobster tails (about 6 oz each)
• 4 Beef, tenderloin steaks / filet mignon (about 3-4 oz each)
• 2 cloves Garlic, peeled and smashed
• 1/2 Lemons, wedges
• 1/2 cup Water (sub white wine or stock for extra flavor)
• for baking Foil
• 1 Tbsp Oil, cooking
• 2 Tbsp Butter
• 2 Tbsp Parsley, fresh, chopped
• 1 1/2 lbs Potatoes, fingerling (sub any baby or new potatoes, halved)
• 2 Tbsp Almonds (sliced or slivered)
• 1 cup Grapes, any color, halved
• 1 1/2 Tbsp Lemon juice
• 1 1/2 Tbsp Oil, olive
• 1/2 tsp Honey
• 1/4 tsp Salt
• 1/4 tsp Black pepper
• 5 oz Arugula
