Fego Chicken Burgers 🍔 recipe by Fouziah Pailwan

Ingredients

• 1 kg fillets butterflied
• Add in 2 teaspoon @purespice_sa red ♥️ ginger 🫚 garlic
• 1 egg
• 1 cup milk or buttermilk
• 1 cup flour
• ½ cup maizena (corn flour)
• 2 teaspoon Mexican spice
• Few pinches salt and pepper.
• 2 tablespoon chilli sauce
• 2 tablespoon sweet chilli sauce
• 2 tablespoon Tomato 🍅 sauce
• 1 tablespoon lemon 🍋 juice
• 2 tablespoon soy sauce
• 3 tablespoon honey 🍯 or golden syrup
• 2 tablespoon butter 🧈
• 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper 🌶
• Sprinkle sesame seeds and dhania (coriander).
• Sliced cheese 🧀
• Shredded lettuce 🥬
• Sliced red onions 🌰
• Mayo or hot
