Ingredients

• Store bought tawa naan
• 2 fresh tomatoes (thinly sliced)
• 1 brinjal (thinly sliced)
• 1 teaspoon cumin powder
• 1 teaspoon paprika
• Green pepper (julienned)
• Grated mozzarella cheese
• Fresh parsley (chopped)
• 2 red onions (sliced)
• 3 tablespoon oil
• 2 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
• 1 teaspoon honey
• 1⁄4 teaspoon salt
• Pinch white pepper
