Ingredients

• 1 1/2 Cups all-purpose flour
• 1/4 tsp salt
• 1 tsp baking powder
• 1/2 tsp baking soda
• 1 1/2 tsp cornstarch

• 3/4 Cup sugar
• 2 large eggs (1 egg and 1 Egg Yolk separated)
• 2 tsp vanilla extract
• 1/3 Cup Red, Green, & White Sprinkles (jimmies)
• 6 oz Prairie Farms cream cheese (softened)
• 1/4 Cup Prairie Farms unsalted butter (softened)
• 1 1/2 Cups powdered sugar
• 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
