• 260 g raw prawn meat finely chopped
• 1-2 spring onions finely sliced
• 1 tsp Soy Sauce
• 1 tsp Sesame Oil
• Vegetable oil for frying
• 1/3 cup Ketjap Manis
• 1 Tbsp Manuka Honey MGO 30
• 2 Tbsp Rice wine Vinegar
• 1 Tbsp Tomato ketchup
• 1 Tbsp Sesame oil
• Chilli flakes to taste (Optional)
• 1 spring onion chopped
