Ingredients

• 300g minced beef
• 2 pieces of white bread, soak in water, then squeeze
• 1 tbsp fried onions
• 2 tsp garlic powder
• 3 tbsp butter
• 1 egg
• 1 tsp pepper
• 1 tsp salt
• ½ tsp nutmeg powder
• 1 carrot, cut into small pieces
• 1 handful of peas
• 1 onion, thinly cut
• 300 ml water
• 1-2 tsp vinegar
• 7 tbsp tomato sauce
• 2 tsp sugar
