Ingredients
- 2 oz Mezcal or Tequila Anejo
- about 2 -3 TB Fernet Leopold - Highland Amaro
- 1/2-1 tsp Dram Pine Syrup
- 3-5 shakes of Fee Brothers Old Fashioned Bitters
- 4 tsp syrup from Colorado Bourbon Cocktail Cherries
- a squeeze of lime juice
- pinch of ground sage rub (available at spice shops)
- ice
- course sugar
- more ground sage
- agave syrup
- 2 sage leaf
- 2-4 Colorado Bourbon Cocktail Cherries
