• 1 packet (11 g) dry yeast
• 70 g brown sugar
• 1 tsp ground cinnamon
• 1 tsp ground ginger
• 1 tsp ground cardamom
• ¼ tsp ground clove
• 2,5 ml lukewarm milk (42 °C)
• 100 ml liquid margarine
• 1 large carrot, finely grated
• 100 g butter, softened to room temperature
• 1 tbsp ground cinnamon
• 1 tbsp plain flour
• 1 egg, beaten
• 50 g butter, softened to room temperature
• 100 g icing sugar
• 100 g plain cream cheese
