• 1 egg, beaten
• 1/3 cup of soy sauce
• 3 cloves of garlic, crushed in a garlic press
• 1 medium onion, finely chopped
• 1/2 cup of finely chopped white mushrooms
• 1/2 cup of finely chopped red bell pepper
• 1 teaspoon of ground black pepper
• 6 slices of deli sliced monterey pepper jack cheese
• 6 kaiser rolls (bread)
• 1/4 cup of ketchup at room tempature (condiment)
• 1 red onion, sliced (topping)
• 2 vine ripe tomatos,sliced (topping)
• 6 romaine lettuce leaves, washed and dried (topping)
• 1/4 cup of Dijon mustard at room tempature (condiment)
