Ingredients

• 1 lime juiced (2-3 tablespoons)
• 1 medium clove garlic, minced
• 1/2 cup finely chopped onion
• 3 avocados, cut into chunks
• 1/2 - 1 teaspoon coarse kosher salt (adjust to taste)
• 2 Roma tomatoes, seeded and diced
• 3 tablespoons fresh cilantro, chopped
• 1/4 teaspoon ground​ ​cumin
• 1-2 tablespoons finely minced jalapeno (optional)
