- 8 oz Elbow Macaroni/Ditalini/other small pasta
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1/4 cup flour
- 1 tsp dijon mustard
- 2 tsp - 1 Tbsp chile powder of choice
- Salt
- 2 cups of milk
- 2 cups (about 8oz) grated white cheddar or gruyere cheese
- 1/2 cup panko breadcrumbs
