• 1 teaspoon pineapple flavoring
• 1 teaspoon rum flavoring
• 1 cup buttermilk
• 1 cup crushed pineapple, drained
• 1 recipe Cream Cheese Frosting
• 1 cup flaked coconut
• Candied cherries, for garnish
