Ingredients

- 15 oz can refried beans
- 2 cups of plain greek yogurt
- 1 oz packet of taco seasoning
- 10 oz guacamole (homemade or store-bought)
- 1/2 cup shredded mexican cheese
- 1 1/2 cups quarter grape or cherry tomatoes
- 1/4 cup sliced black olives
- 2 tbsp finely diced green onion
- 1/2 cup chopped cilantro
- Optional: chopped pickled jalapeno slices
- Spread refried beans all over the bottom of a 9×9 in pan.
- In a medium bowl, mix the yogurt and packet of taco seasoning. Spread on top of the refried beans.
- Finally, add the remaining layers in the following order: guacamole, shredded cheese, quartered grape tomatoes, sliced black olives, diced onion, cilantro, and chopped jalapeno slices (if using).
- Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve. Can be made up to 24 hours in advance, but is best to make the day of!
- Serve with tortilla chips, pita chips, carrot sticks, celery, or cucumber slices.
