Easy Baked Eggs

Ingredients

• 3 Eggs
• 1/4 tablespoons Water
• Salt & pepper to taste
• 1/4 teaspoon dry mustard
• 1 teaspoon butter for greasing the individual casserole dish
• 2 slices Sourdough Bread preferably day old baguette (approx 2x3" and 1" thick)
• 1 tablespoon butter sliced into four thin pats
• 3 links Morning Star 'Sausage' cooked according to package directions
• 1/4 cup Sharp cheddar cheese grated
