Monterrey Jack cheese, cubed; 1 can chopped green chiles (7 oz.), drained; 1 can diced tomatoes (14.5 oz.), drained; 1 can jalapenos (7 oz.), drained, chopped (and use to adjust heat level to the desired point); 1 tbsp. jerk seasoning
