Meatballs with Mushroom Gravy - Jo Cooks

Ingredients

• 2 pound ground pork
• 1 large onion (chopped)
• 3 tablespoon fresh dill (chopped)
• 2 eggs
• ¾ cup bread crumbs
• ¼ cup buttermilk
• 1 tablespoon hot sauce (I used Sriracha sauce)
• salt and pepper to taste
• vegetable oil ( for frying)
• ½ pound cremini mushrooms (sliced)
• 4 tablespoon unsalted butter
• ¼ cup all-purpose flour
• ¼ cup white wine
• ½ cup heavy cream
• 1 cups chicken broth
