- 187 ml (¾ cup) icing sugar
- 250 ml (1 cup) fine coconut
- 24 red glazed cherries, halved
- extra CLOVER Farmstyle butter for greasing
- 300 g (3 x 100 g slabs) white chocolate, melted
- 30 ml (2 tbsp) CLOVER fresh cream
