- 1 heaped tsp Superfeast Qi blend
- 1 heaped tsp Macca powder
- 1/2 tsp nutmeg
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 6 soaked cashews
- A date or a dash of maple syrup
- 1 heaped tsp cacao
- 1/2 teaspoon chilli powder
- 1/4 teaspoon Himalayan sea salt
- 1 tbsp coconut oil
- 1 cup of warm almond milk or hot water
- 2 tsp collagen (optional)
