• 1 can Evaporated milk -- 12 oz
• 1 cup Oatmeal
• 1 cup Cracker meal -- crumbs
• 2 eaches Eggs
• 2 cups Ketchup
• 1 cup Brown sugar
• ½ teaspoon Liquid smoke flavoring -- or ½ cup
• ½ teaspoon Garlic powder
• 2 teaspoons Salt
• ½ teaspoon Pepper
• 2 teaspoons Chili powder
• ¼ cup Chopped onion
