BBQ Coffee Rub - Two Chimps Coffee

Ingredients

• 2-4 Pork belly slices/pork chops
• 2 tbsp Two Chimps Coffee, finely ground
• 1 tbsp smoked paprika
• 1 tbsp onion granules
• 2 tsp sea salt
• 1 tsp black pepper
• ½ tsp oregano
• ¼ tsp hot chilli powder (or mild if you prefer)
