Ingredients

• 2 tbsp coconut flour
• 1 tsp vanilla extract
• 1/2 cup Swerve Sweetener or other granulated erythritol
• 1/2 cup butter, softened
• 1/4 tsp salt
• 1 tsp baking powder
• 3/4 tsp coarsely ground cardamom
• 1/4 tsp stevia extract
• 1 large egg
• 2 cups almond flour
• 1 cup finely chopped walnuts
• 3/4 cup powdered Swerve Sweetener or other powdered erythritol
