Coney Dogs - Divine Dish

Ingredients

• 1 cup All-purpose flour
• 1 tsp Paprika
• ½ tsp Salt
• ½ tsp Black pepper
• 1 Onion (large, sliced into rings)
• 1 cup Buttermilk
• 3 cups Canola oil (for frying)
• 1 TBSP Vegetable oil
• 4 All beef hot dogs
• 1 cup Onion (finely chopped)
• 1 clove Garlic (minced)
• ½ lb Ground beef
• 1 tsp Chili powder
• ½ tsp Ground cumin
• ¼ tsp Paprika
• ¼ tsp Cayenne pepper ((adjust to taste))
• ½ cup Ketchup
• ¼ cup Yellow mustard
• Salt (to taste)
• Black pepper (to taste)
• 4 Hot dog buns
• 24 oz Sparkling water (cold)
• 1 Lemon (sliced)
