- 2/3 cup chopped white onion
- 4 slices Canadian bacon
- 1 1/4 pounds of lean ground meat
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
- 3 – 4 tsp chili powder
- 1 1/2 tsp Worcestershire Sauce
- 3 cloves finely minced fresh garlic
- 2 cups low sodium beef broth
- 1 can organic tomato sauce (15-16 oz)
