A salad that my husband really liked - an important indicator for me :) It's a combination of "Shuba" Salad and "Mimosa" Salad, that's what my dear guests told
Ingredients
- ● Beetroot 3 pieces
- ● Red onion 2 pieces
- ● Apples 2 pieces
- ● Egg 7 pieces
- ● Smoked cheese 500 g
- ● Pickled herring/fish fillets 6 pieces or smoked salmon
- ● Wine vinegar 200 ml
- ● Sunflower oil 1 tbsp
- ● Sugar 1 tbsp
- ● Salt 2 tbsp
- ● Fresh herbs(onion,basil,dill, parsley) 1 piece I used parsley and dill here
- ● Mayonnaise 300 g
