Oatmeal Cookies

Ingredients

• 1 c brown sugar
• 1 c sugar
• 1 c butter, room temp
• 2 eggs, room temp
• 1 tsp vanilla
• 3 c rolled oats
• 1 c plus 2 T flour
• 1/2 c wheat germ
• 1 tsp baking soda
• 1 tsp baking powder
• 12 oz. semisweet chocolate, chopped into chunks
• 1 1/2 c golden raisins, or
• 10 oz. toffee pieces
