Ingredients

• 4 lb sliced beef top round
• 1/2 cup low sodium tamari incl 2 tbs coconut aminos
• 4 tbs Worcestershire sauce
• 2 tbs liquid smoke
• 4 tbs brown sugar substitute
• 3 tsp salt
• 1 tsp Lowry’s seasoned salt
• 2 tsp ground black pepper
• 2 tsp Adolph’s meat tenderizer
• 2 tsp onion powder
• 2 tsp garlic powder
• 2 tsp paprika or smoked paprika
