Ingredients

• 12 large eggs
• 1 pound (2 ¼ cups) sugar
• 1 teaspoon freshly grated nutmeg (plus more for serving)
• 1 pint half-n-half
• 1 pint whole milk
• 1 pint heavy cream
• 1 cup dark aged rum ( Zaya Gran Reserva )
• 1 cup nocino (try Nux Alpina or sub with another nut liqueur)
• 1 cup bourbon (Maker’s Mark)
• 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
