• 1 ¼ cup all-purpose flour

• ¼ tsp kosher salt
• ½ Tbsp orange zest
• 2 tsp vanilla extract, divided
• 2 Tbsp whole milk
• ½ cup strawberry jam
• 1 cup heavy cream
• 7 ½ oz crème fraîche
• 1 lb strawberries, stemmed and sliced
