• 2 cups cake flour or 2 cups minus 2 tablespoons white flour
• 1/2 cup sugar
• 1 teaspoon baking soda
• 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
• 1 1/4 cups milk
• 1 egg
• 1 teaspoon vanilla
