- 6 pound ham (fully cooked)
- 40 cloves (give or take a few)
- 1 cup brown sugar (packed)
- ¼ cup bourbon (or other whiskey)
- 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
- 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
- 1 medium orange (zested and juiced)
- 2 tablespoons fresh thyme
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
