Pumpkin Cookie Bars - I Ate The 80's

Ingredients

• 1 cup flour
• ½ cup quick oats
• ½ cup firmly packed brown sugar
• ¼ cup chopped nuts
• 1 ¾ tsp cinnamon
• ½ cup melted butter
• 1 cup canned solid pack pumpkin
• ¾ cup undiluted evaporated milk
• 1 slightly beaten egg
• ⅓ cup sugar
• ½ tsp allspice
• ¼ tsp salt
• 8 oz package of cream cheese, softened
• ¼ cup orange marmalade
• crushed granola, chopped nuts or orange peel for garnish
