Chicken Drumsticks with Sticky Plum Sauce Recipe

Ingredients

• 2kg Broad Oak Farms chicken drumsticks
• ¼ cup Remano balsamic vinegar
• 2 tbsp Bramwells honey
• 1 tsp salt
• 1 tbsp Colway wholegrain mustard
• 1kg plums, cut into halves, seeds removed
• 4 red onions, cut into quarters
• 1 head of garlic, cloves removed
• 1 bunch chives, finely chopped
• 1 large red chilli, seeds removed and finely chopped
