- 450 g granulated sugar
- 400 ml cold water
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tbsp oranges essence
- 1 tsp rose water
- 110 g Lurpak® Unsalted Cultured Butter, softened
- 200 g granulated sugar
- 280 ml plain yoghurt
- 240 g semolina
- 1 tbsp baking powder
- 50 g raw, chopped pistachios
