Strawberries and Potted Cream Recipe | DFM | DFM

Ingredients

• 1 (7 g) envelope gelatin (1 Tbsp/15 mL)
• 1/4 (60 mL) cool water
• 2 cups (500 mL) whipping cream
• 1 cup (250 mL) milk
• 1/2 tsp (2 mL) vanilla extract
• 5 Tbsp (75 mL) sugar, divided
• 1 1/2 cups (375 mL) strawberries
• Tip for Kids: Make mini desserts using liqueur glasses or fun-colored small dishes. Sprinkle some mini chocolate chips on top of the strawberries.
