- 1 1/2 oz. Plymouth Gin
- 2 drops peach bitters
- .5 oz. cucumber syrup
- .5 oz. lemon
- 1 egg white
- 25 oz. Gordy’s Fine Brine
- Garnish w/slice of cucumber and a cornichon
