Rainbow Meats - Recipe

Ingredients

• 1000g Braising Steak
• tbsp extra virgin olive oil
• ¼ tsp sea salt
• ¼ tsp freshly ground pepper
• 3 large garlic cloves, peeled and bruised
• 2 large brown onions, quartered
• 3 medium carrots, peeled and chopped into 3 pieces
• 2 cups salt-reduced beef stock
• 1 tbsp worcestershire sauce
• 2 tsp soy sauce
• 1 cup frozen peas
• 200 g fresh green beans, trimmed and cut in half
