• 1 (16 oz.) bottle Tony Chachere’s® Injectable Butter & Jalapeño Marinade
• 2 1/2 gallons LouAna® Peanut Oil
• 2 cups all-purpose flour
• 1/2 cup milk
• 2 large eggs
• 1 1/4 teaspoons salt
• 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
• Marie’s® Chunky Blue Cheese Dressing, to serve on the side
