- 24 ounces neufchatel cheese or 24 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 3 large eggs
- 1/2 cup light sour cream or 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 ounces semisweet chocolate, melted,cooled slightly
- 2/3 cup raspberry jam
