Jerezana Cocktail (pronounced 'hera-zana') is a delicious stirred drink that mixes two Sherries and two Vermouths, as well as Vanilla and Orange Bitters.

- 1 oz. 30ml Sherry, Manzanilla
- 1 oz. 30ml Sherry, Amontillado
- 0.5 oz. 15ml Vermouth, Rosso
- 0.5 oz. 15ml Vermouth, Dry
- 0.4 oz. 12ml Vanilla Syrup
- 6 dash 6 dash Orange Bitters
