• 5.25 oz potatoes
• 3.5 oz pork loin
• 5.25 oz spiced tofu
• 2 tsp Shaoxing wine
• 3 tsp light soy sauce
• 0.5 oz ginger
• 1 onion
• 4 stalks scallions
• 2.75 tbsp doubanjiang (Sichuan chili bean paste)
• 2.75 tbsp sweet bean sauce
• 0.5 cup chicken stock
• salt
• white pepper
• vegetable oil (for frying)
