• 1/2 bunch fresh mint
• few sprigs fresh mint
• 1.5 oz rhubarb mint simple syrup
• 2 oz lime juice
• 1.5 oz white rum
• splash soda water
• 1 stalk of rhubarb, for garnish (optional)
