• 600 g of sour cherries, washed, stems removed, and pitted
• 4 eggs
• A pinch of salt
• 2 tbsp of vanilla essence (optional, can replace with other flavors)
• Zest of 1 lemon
• 1/2 cup of sugar
• 1/2 cup of oil (about 200 ml)
• 1 cup of kefir (or yogurt if you don’t have kefir)
• 2 cup of flour
• 1 tsp of baking powder
• Butter, for greasing the tray
