Creamy White Chicken Chili – Fustini's Oils & Vinegars

Ingredients

• 1 large white onion chopped
• 4 cloves of garlic minced finely
• 3 tablespoons Fustini's Chipotle olive oil
• 1- 48oz jar great northern beans (or 3 cans) drained and rinsed
• 3 cans chopped green chilis
• 1- 32oz box of chicken broth
• 1/2 teaspoon cayenne chili
• 2 teaspoons cumin
• 2 teaspoons dried oregano
• 1 teaspoon sea salt
• 1 teaspoon pepper
• 1 pre-cooked rotisserie chicken (meat only and shredded)
• 1 cup sour cream
• ¼ cup heavy cream
• chopped cilantro for garnish (optional)
