Account & Registration

How do I create an account?

Click the "Register" button in the top navigation and fill out the registration form. You'll need to verify your email address to complete registration.

I forgot my password. How do I reset it?

Click "Login" then "Forgot Password". Enter your email address and we'll send you a reset link.

Can I change my email address?

Yes, go to your Profile settings to update your email address. You'll need to verify the new email.

How do I delete my account?

Go to Profile settings and select "Delete Account". This action is permanent and cannot be undone.

Recipe Search

Where do the recipes come from?

RecipeSaint indexes recipes from cooking websites across the internet. We provide summaries and link to the original sources for full instructions.

Why can't I see full recipe instructions?

We respect recipe creators' rights. Click through to the original source to see complete instructions.

Can I submit my own recipes?

Yes! Premium and Professional users can create their own recipes in the dashboard. These remain private unless you choose to share them.

Saving & Organizing

How many recipes can I save?

Free accounts can save up to 25 recipes. Premium and Professional plans have unlimited saves.

Can I organize saved recipes into folders?

Currently, you organize recipes through menus. Each menu can contain multiple recipes grouped by occasion or theme.

Can I export my saved recipes?

Yes, you can download individual recipes or your entire collection as markdown files.

Shopping Lists

How does the shopping list work?

Add recipes to a menu, then generate a shopping list. Ingredients are automatically merged and organized.

Can I edit the shopping list?

Yes, you can add, remove, and modify items. You can also check off items as you shop.

Does it work offline?

The shopping list requires an internet connection, but you can print or export it for offline use.

Events & Invitations

How do I invite guests to an event?

Create an event, add your contacts, then send invitations via email or SMS.

Can guests RSVP without an account?

Yes, guests can respond to invitations using a unique link without creating an account.

How do I track RSVPs?

View your event dashboard to see who has accepted, declined, or hasn't responded.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Go to Billing and click "Cancel Subscription".

Technical Issues

The site isn't loading properly

Try clearing your browser cache and cookies, then refresh the page. If problems persist, try a different browser.

I found a bug. How do I report it?

Contact our support team with a description of the issue, what you expected to happen, and what actually happened.

Is RecipeSaint available as a mobile app?

Currently, RecipeSaint is a web application optimized for both desktop and mobile browsers. Native apps are planned for the future.
