- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- 2 Tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
- 2 cups finely ground cornmeal
- 1 Tbsp. plus 1 tsp. baking powder
- ½ tsp. salt
