- Orange zest- grated- 1 large orange
- Bicarbonate of soda - 1 tsp
- Cinnamon powder- 1 tsp
- Nutmeg, grated ( optional)- 1/2 tsp
- For the Icicng
- Icing sugar - 150--175 gms
- Orange juice- 2 tbsp
