• 300g of peeled and grated carrots (5 to 6 large carrots)
• 100g of coarsely chopped walnuts (keep some for decoration)
• 275g of dried raisins
• 1 tsp of vanilla extract
• 60ml of vegetable oil
• 4 large eggs

• 200g of cream cheese
• 50g of butter, softened, at room temperature
• 2 tbsp of icing sugar
• 1 tsp of orange peel
• 2 tsp of orange juice
